Patients consent to receive care-related text messages during online pre-visit check-in at skidoo.ai or when registering with their practice in person or by phone. The checkbox below is shown unchecked by default — patients must actively opt in.

Consent is voluntary and not required to receive medical care. Patients who do not check this box will not receive recurring SMS.
Other opt-in methods
- Online check-in link: After booking, patients receive a secure link (e.g. https://skidoo.ai/checkin/example) to complete demographics, insurance, and consents before their visit.
- In-office registration:Front-desk staff ask: "May we text you appointment reminders and care updates at this number?" Staff record verbal consent in the patient chart.
- Phone scheduling: When booking by phone, staff confirm the mobile number and ask permission to send appointment-related texts.
