SMS Messaging Terms

These SMS Messaging Terms ("SMS Terms") apply when you opt in to receive text messages from Meridian. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Program description

The Meridian SMS program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, pre-visit check-in links, no-show follow-ups, billing balance notices, secure payment links, and other care-related messages to patients who have opted in.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and account activity. Most patients receive up to 8 messages per month.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to opt out of future SMS messages from Meridian. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message. You may still receive messages required for urgent care coordination if permitted by law.

Supported carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Privacy
